Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it. You must request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order.

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Personalized or custom-made accessories
  • Items marked as "final sale"
  • Used hair styling tools
  • Opened packages of hair accessories

Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at [email protected] to initiate your refund request
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service
  5. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will process your refund

Refund Timing

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We currently only offer refunds. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
